I work at Iron Heart Tattoo in Des Moines, Iowa! We are located at 2815 Beaver Ave. Suite 108, Des Moines, Iowa 50310.

What is your deposit policy?

I require a deposit to book any and all tattoo appointments. The deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. The deposit goes towards the total cost of the tattoo.

Reschedules with less than a 48 hour notice, no call-no show, and more than 15 minutes late without a head’s up will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit will be required to get back on the schedule.

Cancellations will result in forfeiting your deposit.

How do I get on the schedule?

Submitting a Booking Form through my website is a great way to get the process started on booking your tattoo. If you’re running into any trouble through the website, please send over an email to jesstattoos1@gmail.com.
